I've included the v2.5 subs here, which build on v2 with a few final changes. Looking back, v1 was my first full attempt at ear-subbing a show without Japanese captions. It had its flaws, but it was a valuable learning experience. As I got better, I released v2 and revised everything: re-edits, grammar fixes, re-translations, and added translations for the ending songs that v1 lacked. V2.5 mostly cleans up a few rogue lines, fixes some of the timing, and converts the subs to .ASS format, among other misc tweaks. I should also note that **these subs are NOT muxed to the [old RAWs](https://nyaa.si/view/1093397) by kawada_kun and schizoyao.** These come straight from fresh DVD9 encodes by me. The previous release, which was encoded using FormatFactory, had a lot of issues, starting with its choice of using H.263-style MPEG-4 instead of the more standard H.264/x264. That outdated codec caused excessive macroblocking, jagginess, and other compression artifacts, even though the CBR was set at a reasonable number. On top of that, some episodes were encoded at 29.970 FPS, while others matched the show's actual film speed of 23.976 FPS. Overall, it was a messy release, and for years the only alternative for better quality was buying the actual DVDs.
