Repack:
1. Added English audio. Added forced subtitles. Added chapters. Fully removed disclaimers from the subtitle tracks.
2. Added all other WEB-DL subtitles. Added Romaji. Added Kanji. Fixed English audio causing broken durations. Added missing line. Renamed chapters as appropriate. Retimed OP subtitles to be consistent with the romaji.

Notes:
* Restyled subtitles to Ghandi.
* Removed the "Viewer Discretion Advised" disclaimers from all subtitle tracks.
* Added Romaji to the openings and endings wherever possible (thank you WF!) Episodes 6 and 7 don't have an ending so they have been skipped. Episode 11 has a different ending without translations so it has been skipped. The German track does not have opening/ending romaji because there is no German translation of the OP/ED included.
* Added Kanji to the openings and endings wherever possible (thank you DBD-Raws!) They appear below the romaji so the same rules for skipped episodes apply for the kanji.
* OP/ED for non English subtitles (including the Kanji) have been retimed to match the Eng subs.
* Added Non-Karaoke subtitle tracks that do not have the romaji or kanji.
* Episodes 6 and 7's ending chapters have been renamed to Credits to reflect that they are not traditional endings.
* Substituted a missing line in Episode 8 with the ToonsHub OV release.
* Only episodes 1, 4, 10 and 11 have character commentaries.
* The current state of subtitles are unideal, and so I decided to go with the CTHP webdl subs. If better fansubs come out later I will release a PROPER with those incorporated.
Known Issues:
* The OP/ED subtitles tend to flicker in VLC Media Player. Either use a different player (MPV or a player with a MPV backend recommended) or switch to the non-karaoke track.

Thank you! I had NO idea this was dubbed, usually the spicier stuff is Japanese only.
Shush @cosmic, this was mostly about adding English audio, not fixing a bunch of QC misses.
